Part of Forest Hill community, Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena was renamed in honour of Larry Grossman in 2004 to celebrate his public service contributions to the Forest Hill area and within the province. In the first 10 years, the rink was expanded to include two artificial ice rinks.
This is one of 8 board run rinks within the City of Toronto. The others are George Bell Arena, Leaside Memorial Community Gardens Arena, McCormick Arena, Moss Park Arena, North Toronto Memorial Arena, Ted Reeve Community Arena and the Bill Bolton Arena.
