The USM Ice Arena features an Olympic-size ice surface and is home ice for USM’s men’s and women’s ice hockey programs as well as other area hockey teams.
Constructed in 1998, the USM Ice Arena is home to both the Huskies’ men’s and women’s ice hockey programs. The Ice Arena facility includes a refreshment area with tables in a heated area behind the spectator stands and overlooking the rink. There are team and club dressing rooms on the lower level. Also looking out over the rink is the Alumni Reception Center in which alumni functions are held as well as other meetings of organizations from on and off campus.
