Fountain and Smith Arenas: St. Margaret’s Centre offers two year-round ice surfaces. The newly renovated (and renamed) Daniel Smith Arena was originally constructed in 1988 by the community and boasts an Olympic size surface (200’x100’). The Fountain surface is regular NHL size (200’x85’). Not only is this arena one of the most comfortable community-oriented arenas, it houses 1,000 stadium-style seats and provides propane coin-operated heaters for your comfort.
