There’s outdoor skating available, weather permitting, at the Kingston City Hall in the Springer Market Square. Skating is FREE and when the rink is open, it’s open from 8 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily. Although this is a refrigerated ice pad, it will close for the season when the ice becomes difficult to maintain due to warm outdoor temperatures.
