The F.H. Sherman Recreation & Learning Centre was founded in 1978. The main purpose is to provide the employees/retirees of ArcelorMittal Dofasco a place to enjoy sports, activities, and stay connected with life long friends! It features two NHL-sized indoor ice rinks.
Throughout its history, the recreation program has been run by volunteers with support from the Recreation and Learning Centre Staff.
