The Sandy Wicken Memorial Arena facility has an official NHL size ice surface. The ice is installed in September and removed in April each year for the winter season. During these months the arena provides hockey events, figure skating, public skating, skating lessons, and pick-up hockey. During the off-season the facility is used for dances, concerts, wrestling, and other special events.
