Newington Aren opened in 1999. The 61,600 square-foot facility includes two NHL-sized ice rinks. The facility is home to a number of on-site businesses including Arena Golf, Future Fitness Training, The Pro Shop of Newington, The Arena Grill, and Elite Chiropractic as well as being the Home of Central Connecticut Youth Hockey and the Connecticut Chiefs.
