An excellent community facility that is utilized by all ages. In the winter months it is home to many Minor Hockey Teams, rec teams and the Melita Skating Club. It contains a arena concession area, washroom facilities and offers a large parking area. The arena is used for other off season events such as weddings, tradeshows and dances. The arena was built in 1972. In 1974 an artificial ice surface was added. Its bleachers seat 800 and a lobby area capacity of 250 people.
