Scheduled to open in 2025, Heavy Metal Place will feature a spectator arena, community arena, a branch of the Spruce Grove Public Library, black box theatre, art gallery, and the co-located Spruce Grove Transit Centre.
This is the second twin pad facility owned by the City of Spruce Grove. The other can be found at the Agrena, featuring the Grant Fuhr and Stu Barnes arenas. Another twin pad is also located in Spruce Grove, the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre.
