These facilities are both equipped with artificial ice-making plants. Activities begin each year approximately the third week of October and continue until March. A major bonspiel on eight sheets of ice is staged annually the end of March. Five Baseball diamonds, a harness racing track, an air-conditioned hall, and two playgrounds round out the local facilities.
