This facility opened in December 1949, costing $30,000 at the time. It was the home rink to three NHL players and produced many talented skaters and hockey players over the years. Foxwarren Arena was voted the Coldest Rink in North America on Rink Rater. In August, 2024, a storm destroyed a large portion of the faciity’s roof.
