The Fort William Gardens building was completely transformed in 1994 and 1995. It is a complete multi-purpose facility capable of hosting a variety of events such as concerts, conferences, trade shows, circuses and various sporting events.
The Municipality of Thunder Bay has six facilities with indoor ice. In addition to the Fort William Gardens, ice is available at the Delaney Arena, the Current River Arena, the Grandview Gardens, the Neebing Memorial Gardens and the Port Arthur Arena.
