The Strathmore Family Centre the destination for ice sports in the winter including hockey, ringette, and figure skating. During the summer the facility is utilized for indoor lacrosse, ball hockey and roller hockey. The Family Centre houses an NHL sized ice surface and an Olympic ice surface with seating for 580 people, with potential for 500 more seats on the floor. Conveniently located next to the Strathmore Civic Centre, Strathmore Aquatic Centre, Strathmore High School and Curling Rink. The facility also included an upstairs lounge that seats 250 people and two small meeting rooms.
