Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex

During the winter months the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex features two ice arenas and offers both drop-in and registered programs throughout each week. Programs include public skate times, lessons, shinny, figure skating and hockey. In the summer months the ice is removed from the arenas and they can be used for dry-land sports or other group events. The large arena includes a 200′ x 85′ artificial ice surface, seating for 700 and is home of the: Junior B Flyers Foothills Minor Hockey, Foothills Bison AA, High River Figure Skating Club and High River Heat Lacrosse.

There is also a practice arena sized at 145′ x 56′ with a viewing area for 30 spectators.
